More than 20 years ago, Monique Lea began helping dozens of young families buy their first homes. It was rewarding, treasured work. Soon, she realized real estate could be even stronger with a team of colleagues.
"Growing up, I loved sports and teamwork," she said. "We always worked better as a team."
In 2004, Monique assembled one of the city's first-ever real estate teams. Soon, her husband Jim joined, bringing unparalleled wisdom and expertise from years in construction, innovative market-based research and thoughtful development.
