Shannon moved to Chattanooga in 1994 and has considered it home ever since. She loves the variety of communities the area has to offer and enjoys sharing the possibilities for buyers to not only find their dream home but to support the values and lifestyle they prioritize.



Shannon is a third-generation Realtor and a graduate of UT Chattanooga with a degree in Human Ecology. Her experience as a health educator and relationship coach provides a unique perspective and it shows through her intentional guidance with her clients. She loves supporting people through the buying process in hopes that they will feel empowered and confident in their decisions.



Shannon is married to Steve and they enjoy having outdoor adventures with their 2 boys. She is an advocate and educator for teens' mental health through a nonprofit called the Mental Health Association.
